Job Description:

The duties will include:

• Monitoring Account Reconciliation and Manual Journal Entry
• Finished goods stock monitoring
• Accrual AP&AR/R&D and including transfer from plant monitoring
• Provision, Incentives posting/monitoring
• Intercompany documentation and control
• P/L regional allocation of depreciation and cost
• Charts of Accounts control
• Handling of operational escalation received by team leader a/o Supervisor changes
• Providing support to team members at all times when requesting advices and operational assist
• Planning, controlling and monitoring of MEC activities to align with all requirements
• Monitoring of financial statements in order to deliver on time and with quality expected
• Review and optimisation of MEC activities
• Preparing and monitoring of complex postings and repostings to GL accounts
• Creating the posting journals
• Documenting the booking process
• Preparing and controlling of reconciliations of balance sheets
• Answering inquiries from auditors
• Being the contact person for internal control process
• Supporting new systems implementation
• Updating booking processes
• Implementing SOX controls
• SLA Assurance
• Master data management

We are looking for candidates with:

• Professional level of German and English language (at least B2)
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting area (preferably in R2R, GL and/or Tax)
• Good knowledge of SAP system, MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint,
• Experience on similar position will be an asset
