Main purpose of the position
To our newly established Global Finance Service Centre based in Gdańsk, we are looking for an experienced RTR Junior Associate who will provide front office transactional RTR services to the business, focusing on recording costs, analyzing cashbook entries and reconciling key control accounts. Facilitating delivery of month‑end close activity, with subsequent query handling. Maintaining the integrity of the general ledger through the promotion of best practice.
What will you do:
- Receive and process sales reports and inventory data from Front Office (FO), ensuring accurate booking and returning reports to FO if corrections are needed.
- Prepare journals and post them in Navision (NAV) on a weekly basis.
- Receive and review sales reports from business units, validate their accuracy, and ensure proper booking.
- Provide support for FSC and Business Units regarding sales reports and inventory when required.
- Manage cash flow forecasts, currency exchange tasks, manual journal postings, fixed asset tracking, and reconciliation processes.

Professional skills you possess:
- A university degree, preferably in finance and accounting, or the last year of studies
- The first experience in a similar position (including internships)
- Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing, allowing for easy communication with external and internal English‑speaking clients
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
