As the Manager – Global Business Services RTR Intercompany, you will drive excellence in intercompany accounting across the Record‑to‑Report (RTR) process. You will oversee end‑to‑end intercompany activities—including intercompany route management, billing and recharges, confirmations, settlements/netting, and reconciliations—to ensure accurate , timely , and policy‑compliant close and eliminations. You will enforce global standards for FX rates, mark‑ups, and documentation, and maintain audit‑ready evidence across entities.
You will lead initiatives to standardize workflows and automate matching and dispute resolution using enterprise tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA intercompany capabilities, BlackLine Intercompany/ICMR), reduce aging and unmatched items, and improve cycle times. You will monitor KPIs, manage escalations, and coordinate readiness for audits and statutory reviews, leveraging the hub‑and‑spoke Global Business Services model and BPO where appropriate to deliver consistent global outcomes.
