About Our Client

Our Client is an international company, building an SSC structure in Warsaw, Poland. They are famous for their sustainable approach to business.

Job Description

1. Ensure accurate General Ledger postings and compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines and local GAAP.
2. Investigate and resolve G/L discrepancies and manage cost allocations for project accounting.
3. Oversee project costing, delivery note management, and bank reconciliations.
4. Handle fixed asset management, VAT processing, and account reconciliations.
5. Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
6. Prepare financial statements and maintain internal control compliance.
7. Address RTR issues and provide expert support for accounting queries.
8. Collaborate across SSC teams and regional/country departments.
9. Conduct analytical reviews and offer accounting guidance to enhance operations.
10. Drive finance-related change initiatives.
11. Support the OtC process in a limited capacity.

The Successful Applicant

1. Higher education in Business Administration/Accounting/ Finance.
2. Proven experience in RTR accounting in an international environment.
3. Fluent English and French (at least on a B2 level).
4. SAP/Oracle/Dynamics and MS Office skills.
5. Analytic skills and ability to effectively cooperate within and outside of the team.
