The Accounting team establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organizations assets.
This role in summary
We are looking for a RtR Analyst who will be responsible for accounting activities in Record to Report (General Ledger) Team, based in Beko Poland Manufacturing sp. z o.o. EMEA Service Center - a business unit of Beko Europe, located in the heart of Łódź. You can work from home up to 4 days per week!
The candidate for this position should be a finance professional with a good understanding of accounting processes in the Record to Report (General Ledger) area.
Your responsibilities will include
- Day-to-day and month-end operations:
- Launching Record to Report (General Ledger) month-end transactions in SAP
- Accrual and prepaid calculation
- Monitoring month-end closing activities
- Various reports preparation and analysis
- Reporting of the financial results for consolidation purposes
- Processing asset capitalization / retirement
- Preparing extended review and analysis of fixed asset sub-ledger
- Perform bank postings
- Monitoring of Invoice to be Received accounts
- Intercompany invoice posting and reconciliation of the accounts
- Ensure RTR process meets all operational needs and compliance with all relevant internal controls
- Prepare and review accounts subject to the Balance Sheet review process
- Provide replies to queries, supporting internal & external audits
- Assist with departmental projects and standardization initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
- Good knowledge of SAP or other ERP system and MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Analytical Skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks
Preferred skills and experiences
- Record to Report (General Ledger) experience would be an asset
- Self-driven individual who takes the leading role
- Advanced Excel knowledge would be an asset
- Openness for challenges and flexibility during transition periods
