Job Description

Your Role:

As RTR Analyst - General Ledger Accounting, you will be a vital part of the EBS team in Warsaw, Poland, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the month‑end closing processes and other General Accounting activities across the LATAM and NA regions, collaborating closely with local affiliates.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform month‑end close responsibilities, including journal entries and financial analysis, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Prepare account reconciliations in accordance with internal methodology and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work closely with local affiliate finance to ensure activities are properly reflected in financial statements and prepare necessary accounting entries.
• Identify exceptions, determine underlying causes, and escalating as appropriate while supporting internal and external audit activities.
• Demonstrate a strong continuous improvement approach, actively identifying process improvements and maintaining effective communication across a global organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: University degree in Business and/or Accounting (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience in RTR or a Finance function in an SSC/BPO environment.
• Skills: Knowledge of SAP and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of general accounting processes in a multinational environment.
• Innovative thinking and a process improvement mindset.
• Proven control orientation from prior operational business roles.
• Ability to work across cultures and diverse management styles, with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or Chartered Accountant, and experience with OneStream.
