RTR Accounting Specialist with German

Your responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded
- Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts to the general ledger
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial reporting and adherence to accounting policies
- Conduct periodic audits of financial records and reconcile discrepancies
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to financial transactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial accounting
Our requirements
- Fluency in German and a strong command of English
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in RTR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
