Across our support functions we ensure that we continue to grow and evolve – whether it’s by making sure our decisions are commercially viable, enhancing our reputation, building new customer relationships or finding the right people who can build on what we’ve already achieved. • Serve as the primary contact for audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Partner with BOS to optimize processes and support the minimum size of the local LE team.
  • Supervise, motivate and coach a team on a daily basis.
  • Identify, design and implement solution for projects in the area of Record To Report projects.

Our success depends on individuals who combine deep expertise with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent by experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar function.
  • Senior accounting expertise with strong IFRS and local GAAP knowledge.

  • Strategic mindset with a focus on process improvement and digitalization.
  • Ability to balance operational detail with strategic priorities.
  • Experience implementing internal controls and reconciliations.
  • Comfortable working in a highly IS-driven environment (SAP, PowerBI).
