Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post basic journal entries
• Reconcile general ledger accounts regularly
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities
• Maintain accurate financial records in the ERP system
• Handle fixed asset updates, depreciation and reports
• Manage intercompany entries and reconciliations
• Perform payroll, bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with preparing financial statements
• Provide documents for audits and follow internal controls
• Work with other finance teams to solve issues and improve processes

• English - B2
• Italian or French - B2/C1
• 3 years of experience in the GL/RTR position
• Finance / Accounting background - university degree
• Microsoft Excel

• Polish language skills
• SAP or other ERP knowledge

• Working for an international and well-known company
• Hybrid - up to 10 days per month in a remote way
