For our client, an international production company we are looking for an experienced GL Accountant with knowledge of Croatian.

Responsibilites:

• Execute month-end closing procedures in compliance with established timelinesand IFRS standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting requirements.
• Post General Ledger journal entries.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Maintain Fixed Assets ledger.
• Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Support Intercompany process.
• Provide support for internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Collaborate with managers to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accountancy.
• Experience in General Ledger Accounting.
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office will be an added value.
• Knowledge of Croatian and English (min. B2 level).
