We are currently looking for a GL Accountant / RTR Accountant to join our client finance team. This role is ideal for a candidate with solid accounting experience and hands-on exposure to key Record-to-Report processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end General Ledger (GL) or RTR activities.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing tasks.
- Support key accounting areas such as:
- Payroll accounting
- Fixed assets (capitalization, depreciation, asset reconciliations)
- Inventory accounting
- Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and local regulations.
- Prepare financial reports and support audits.
- Cooperate closely with other finance teams (AP, AR, FP&A) and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in GL, RTR, or overall accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and end‑to‑end month‑end closing processes.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: payroll accounting, fixed assets, inventory, intercompany.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model (4 days in the office).
