RTR Accountant at Accenture Poland

Accenture Services Sp. z o.o. is a subsidiary of Accenture, a global professional services company. Responsibilities

  • Perform RTR (record to report) activities for applicable client entities according to procedures.
  • Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and post journal entries.
  • Support automation processes through process analysis and improvements.
  • Develop end-to-end general ledger processes in cooperation with client and Accenture stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with business partners.

Flexible Work Arrangement

After the training period, the possibility of working in hybrid mode from the office located in Cracow until further notice: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. All roles include some in‑person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.

Qualifications

  • Very good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Approximately 1–1.5 years of experience in the RTR area; familiarity with transition processes is a plus.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Microsoft Excel.

Bonus Points

  • Finance & Accounting educational background or equivalent.
  • Experience with other financial tools, such as GTrix.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Blackline.
