The Team
Electrolux RPA CoE Team is responsible for driving the strategy, governance, and implementation of automation solutions across the organization. The team ensures the effective use of RPA technology, identifies processes suitable for automation, oversees development, manages bot deployment, and continuously monitors performance to optimize operational efficiency. We are looking for a RPA Robotics Developer.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and configure the process scripts
- Ensure associated configuration methodologies are followed
- Drive solution testing and support in User Acceptance Test, create necessary documentation
- Ensure that processes are fully tested before moving to deployment
- Provide immediate post-sprint support for the configured robots
- Collect and maintain scripts and solutions into the Robotics library
- Produce the TDD after development
- Export release package and ensure that the deployment manager has access to all needed documentation
- Participate in workshops to provide technical feasibility
Who you are:
- You have a strong general understanding & interest of technology
- Previous knowledge of coding & IT development beneficial (Python, C#, VBA, VB)
- Basic understanding of ML, GenAI, BI solutions and experience with SAP is a plus
- Experience with RPA platforms
- Experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying Robotics solutions – preferably in BluePrism
- Understanding of business context and functional processes
- Ability to work independently
- You are an expert in Robotics configuration

You will be based in a newly renovated modern office in Kraków at Aleja Powstańców Śląskich 26 (Onyx building) with car parking space. Our Shared Service Center hires around 1.000 employees dedicated to Global Finance & Accounting, HR Services, IT, Reporting & Analysis CoE, and Product Documentation.
