responsibilities :

Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects.
Provide status reporting on project key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery.
Develops the Team strategy, supporting business case and various enterprise-wide, high-level project plans.
Lead Hyper automation excellence team, facilitate citizen-led development in Power Platform and coach end user.
Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business.
Responsible for delivering hyper automation projects contained in the portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting the strategic and business requirements.
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers
Understand and manage Power Platform and UI Path License model.
Monitor RPA and Power platform bot and App performance.
Understand the Power Platform zoning structure.
Align with the teams of the Digitalization, Business IT, and functional departments to Conduct ideation-sessions to hyper automation solution.

Must have 12+ years of Automation experience with RPA software like UI Path and Power Platform.
Experience with agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts.
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills conducive to team development; able to work well in cross-functional teams.
Experienced with agile methodologies or a Scrum Master who will exhibit agile leadership and a deep understanding of what it means to conduct oneself as a servant leader.
Ability and willingness to work in an intercultural and mostly virtual team.
Willingness to work and travel in an international environment.
