• designing, developing, testing and deploying automation, in accordance with business justification and KPIs,
• develop transformation proposals to optimize and streamline operations,
• assure completeness of documentation and post-implementation support,

• maintaining and improving RPA tools.

• At least 2 years of corporate experience in process automation,
• English on a communicative level (B2/C1),
• technical knowledge on leading automation tools,
• software development background,
• advanced knowledge of VBA, Power Automate desktop version or Winautomation,
• knowledge of AI and Machine Learning,
• experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL),
• ability to think logically and identify areas for automation
• highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
