• Business process automation based on detailed functional and technical requirements using Automation Anywhere
• Analysis of business processes in terms of automation feasibility and efficiency improvement
• Design and setup of server-based and/or cloud environments tailored to project needs
• Recommendation of optimal platform architecture and environment solutions based on UiPath
• Support of deployment and rollout phases of automation solutions
• Optimization of developed applications through defect identification and correction

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT projects or software development, preferably in process, system, or application automation
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and UiPath platforms
• Experience in leading and supervising a minimum of five automation projects from analysis to production deployment
• Proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications and/or scripting languages
• English language proficiency enabling effective communication in an international environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
