We are seeking an RPA Specialist (UiPath) to join our clients Intelligence Automation Department working on advanced robotics and cognitive process automation. The team provides solutions to international clients and supports large-scale RPA projects.

Project information:

• Type of project: advanced robotics and process automation
• Candidates from Cracow - hybrid mode: 1 day/week in the office
• Budget: B2B up to 1100 PLN/net per day
• Working hours: flexible

Project scope:

• Interpret and translate customer/client requirements into a technology solution
• Drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance
• Adapt to new technology/technical areas to enable better architectural solutions for customer requirements
• Apply SCRUM framework and Agile methodology in project delivery
• Ensure documentation is created and maintained by the development team
• Identify and communicate project risks and issues to the Project Manager and Clients
• Lead design, specification, and selection of IT solutions, giving due consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance
• Lead the organization in exploiting technology and using knowledge of IT solutions to drive organization change and support business process design
• Build & maintain relationships with the stakeholders; act as a point of escalation for the client
• Act as a mentor and team leader for the automation architect team, drive trainings, and participate in recruitment activities
• Participate, contribute & facilitate knowledge sharing meetings/initiatives
• Mentor Junior developers, create and deliver trainings & perform Quality Assurance process
• Document & maintain best practices and development techniques

Minimum Requirements:

• Higher education in IT or technical related, management or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience developing RPA solutions with UiPath (Blue Prism and/or other will be an asset), and object-oriented programming language
• Understanding of business processes to be able to conceptualize it as an automated solution
• Technical knowledge and knowledge of design patterns in Enterprise Application /Information Integration area
• Technical skills and experience necessary for independent realization of tasks in any phase of developing automation solutions
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Experience in using tools such as GIT / JIRA / ServiceNow & working in SCRUM/Agile framework
• Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
• Nice to have: knowledge of network communication standards (e.g. JMS, HTTP, SOAP, XML, XSD)
