• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
• Perform testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor and maintain RPA bots to ensure smooth operation and address any issues that arise.
• Document RPA solutions and provide training to end-users as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and best practices.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Programming skills in languages such as Python, or C#.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with AI and machine learning integration.
• Experience in Global Business Services, shared services, or similar multi-functional environment
• Knowledge of database management and SQL.
• Certification in RPA tools.
