RPA Developer 

Offered is the position of an RPA Developer in the unit ‘Smart Automation Service’ of the B.Braun group. The  ‘Smart Automation Service’ is dedicated to bring professional services on its own digital solutions and acts as  facilitator between Business and further digitalization units to support swift solutions. 

Duties and responsibilities 

• Act as facilitator in the successful application of Robot Process Automation (RPA) within the B. Braun  group. 

• Act as programmer in recording-based “UiPathStudio” to develop, modify and maintain programmed  RPA scripts and/or to support automation with other state of the art techniques. 

• Directly interact with the internal customers in remote sessions or for remote support. • Understand, record and evaluate the customer’s process for its automation potential. • Occasionally perform process reviews for RPA readiness. 

• Occasionally support Business in working with UiPath components to develop solutions or test  automations. 

• Develop, modify and maintain process documentations and training material. 

• Train staff on software products created by ‘Smart Automation Service’. 

• Support in operative, administrative and training activities around the services provided by the planned  unit of ‘Smart Automation Service’. 

Professional competencies 

• Experience in RPA script programming with UiPath is of advantage. 

• Software testing and test automation backgrounds are of advantage. 

• Interested and self-driven in enhancing skills in e.g. UiPath. 

• Experience in project management techniques, e.g. Agile and tools, e.g. Jira welcome. • Experience in process analysis, process optimization and knowledge in Lean management techniques,  e.g. PDCA is of advantage. 

• Programming background and skills are welcome. 

• Good use of English as standard working language in written and spoken. 

Personal competencies 

• Ability to act as consultant with colleagues from all over the world. 

• Highly organized, team-oriented and willing to work in an international team.
