Description:

The Software Developer will work within a Development team, and may be involved in development of new products and maintenance of existing products including the design, installation, testing and maintenance of software systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement, test and deploy Automation Software solutions.
2. Interpret and translate customer/client requirements into a technology solution.
3. Drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance.
4. Adapt to new technology/technical areas to enable better architectural solutions for customer requirements.
5. Apply SCRUM framework and Agile methodology in automation project delivery.
6. Ensure documentation is created and maintained by the development team.
7. Anticipate, identify and communicate project risks and issues to Project Manager and Clients.
8. Participate, contribute & facilitate knowledge sharing meeting/initiatives.
9. Lead design, specification and selection of IT solutions, giving due consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.
10. Lead the organization in exploiting technology and using knowledge of IT solutions to drive organization change and to support business process design.
11. Support/Mentor the development team in creating solutions & perform Quality Assurance process.
12. Document & maintain best practices and development techniques.
13. Build & maintain relationship with the stakeholders.
14. Act as point of escalation for the client.
15. Act as a mentor and team leader for the automation architect team, drive trainings and participate in recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

1. Higher education in IT or technical related, management or equivalent experience.
2. Min. 4-years of development experience with RPA platform UiPath (Blue Prism and/or other will be an asset), and object-oriented programming language.
3. Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
4. Technical knowledge and knowledge of design patterns in Enterprise Application/Information Integration area.
5. Technical skills and experience necessary for independent realization of tasks in any phase of developing automation solutions (creation, modification, extension).
6. Knowledge of network communication standards (e.g. JMS, HTTP, SOAP, XML, XSD).
7. Knowledge of relational databases.
8. Tools required: GIT / JIRA / ServiceNow.
9. Experience in SCRUM/Agile.
10. Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
11. Technical and interpersonal skills for coordination and reporting team activities.
12. Very good English language skills in speaking and writing.
