Who are we looking for?
Due to a significant number of new projects, we are looking for individuals with experience in building bots using UiPath. These individuals will join our team and deliver automation solutions for both our existing and new clients.
As an organization with several years of experience in the RPA industry, we have the knowledge, skills, and resources to share our best practices and teach you our way of working. We expect people in this role to quickly adapt and deliver high-quality solutions.
We prepare our bots collaboratively - each automation is created by a team of 2-5 people, depending on size and complexity. This approach will help you quickly integrate into our workflow and philosophy. We work for many international clients and are growing rapidly, so boredom or monotony is unlikely here.
Who are we not looking for?
At Office Samurai, our Developers not only focus on bot creation but play a much broader role. This means that part of your duties - besides development - will be participating in process analysis, estimating the labor intensity of their automation, preparing documentation, testing, and maintaining bots already put into production. If needed, we can teach you any of these tasks. However, you should know that if you dream of a job dealing exclusively with computers (i.e., "I didnt become a developer to talk to people"), then working with us might not be for you.
