• We’re looking for an RPA/AI Consultant who will act not only as an automation specialist but also as a trusted partner for clients. You’ll join a team of experienced professionals, working at the intersection of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Your role will combine technical expertise with business understanding, enabling you to analyse client processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement solutions that truly make a difference.

• Analyse client business processes and advise on automation strategies.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Participate in client meetings, actively listening to their needs and offering practical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and AI integrations.
• Test and validate code to ensure quality and compliance with best practices.
• Prepare and maintain clear, structured technical documentation.
• Review and provide feedback on code developed by other team members.
• Assess processes for automation potential and prepare effort estimations.
• Recommend solutions for processes that are not suitable for automation.
• Keep up to date with IA trends, tools, and best practices.
• Share technical expertise within the team to foster continuous improvement.

• 3–4 years of consulting experience, preferably working directly with external clients.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an RPA Developer with UiPath.
• Proven experience in building automations integrating AI solutions.
• Strong skills in business process analysis.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
• Professionalism, high personal culture, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English (B2).
