Job Description:
As our new Student Assistant, you will be a valued member of an engaged team who have the responsibility for driving mutual category and business growth in the Nordic region: Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. You will become part of the Business Development team, where you will work to create engagement and sales within our business partners to help guide our strategic customer initiatives in the service of feeding One Million Pets.
The job is part-time, approx. 12-15 hours spread over minimum 2 days a week.
The role offers significant personal responsibility, diverse tasks, and extensive interaction within the organization. To excel in this position, we seek an individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is adept at managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and insights to both colleagues and customers. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, develop their sales techniques, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
As a Student Assistant in the Business Development team, you will join a Nordic caller team, who are in the forefront of driving mutual business growth with our Nordic retail partners and you will work in collaboration with our Field Sales teams.
