About the Role
We are supporting a client in their search for Rope Access Wind Turbine Technicians to join their team on a project basis. The role involves carrying out inspections, maintenance, and repairs on wind turbines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct blade inspections, cleaning, and repairs using rope access methods.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wind turbine components.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Complete detailed reports and documentation of work performed.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in wind turbine blade repair or maintenance.
- GWO certifications (Working at Heights, First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Ability to work in challenging environments (onshore/offshore).
- Electrical or mechanical background in wind energy.
