Romanian-English Digital Sales Representative

Join us as a Romanian-English speaking Digital Sales Representative working onsite in Warsaw, Poland. You will create and deliver amazing customer experiences while building and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long‑term business relationships (3–9 months) with new clients.
• Develop customized online advertising strategies for new and existing clients.
• Provide guidance on Google Ads‑related matters, including proposal of new solutions, negotiation of offers, and education of clients on Google Ads products.
• Manage all aspects of Google Ads, including campaign setup, rebuilding existing campaigns, monitoring, optimizing and reporting on results.
• Sell Google Ads products and solutions (inside sales, upselling, cross‑selling), analyzing results to ensure achievement of set goals.
• Collaborate with employees from various departments to prepare solutions and develop client campaigns during the customer‑service period.
• Meet daily productivity requirements (KPIs) while being a team player contributing to overall sales targets.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in Romanian and English.
• A strong aptitude for sales and marketing.
• Tech‑savvy with understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to Warsaw or Krakow, Poland.
