What Will Your Responsibilities Include?
- Providing guidance and responding to customer inquiries related to defined categories of electrical devices or consumer electronics.
- Informing customers—via various communication channels (phone, email)—about the status of their ongoing complaint cases; working with customers in Romanian.
- Handling the internal CRM system for customer service and complaints processing.
- Building the company’s expert image and managing post‑sales customer requests.
- Sharing feedback and innovative ideas that help improve internal processes.
- Working directly with managers responsible for the supported device brand.
What Skills Are We Looking For?
- Fluent Romanian, enabling smooth communication with customers (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills and openness to the needs of others.
- Patience, empathy, and assertiveness.
- Ability to effectively identify customer needs.
- Willingness to continuously expand knowledge.
- Knowledge of electronics and mechanics (desirable).
