We are currently looking for a Rollout Manager to join our Business Services Competence Centre and be responsible for coordinating end‑to‑end site deployment activities. This role focuses on working closely with customers and subcontractors, ensuring site readiness, resource planning, timely delivery, and proper execution of surveys and installations. It includes daily communication with project stakeholders, managing risks, securing material availability, and keeping schedules and milestones updated in customer systems. Practical field experience is essential to understand on‑site activities and subcontractor scope.
responsibilities :
Agreeing on detailed site deployment plans with the customer and subcontractors
Coordinating and confirming required resources and time plans with subcontractors
Aligning site survey plans with the customer and subcontractors
Ensuring site readiness before implementation activities
Verifying the availability of all required hardware and materials for planned deployment
Understanding and working in accordance with installation guides and technical instructions
Coordinating field activities, including site surveys, implementation documentation, fault removal, and customer acceptance
Handling daily communication with the project team, partners, and customers to maintain the agreed schedule and resolve issues
Ensuring schedules, forecasts, and progress updates are maintained and communicated to all stakeholders
Identifying, managing, and escalating risks and constraints to secure smooth project delivery
Maintaining project milestones and customer databases
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of experience as a Field Manager/Senior Site Supervisor/Telecom Implementation Manager/Site Engineer (like in Huawei and ZTE)
Proficiency in English and German language - minimum B2
Experience in managing RAN rollout/swap projects
Team leading and communication skills
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Customer focus/relations management skills
Proactive and self-driven mindset
Ability to perform under pressure
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
