As a Rollout Manager at Nokia, you will lead the execution of deployment activities for customer projects. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams, internal stakeholders, and external field deployment teams to ensure the successful rollout of RAN projects. This position requires expertise in managing timelines, budgets, quality standards, and navigating the complexities of telecom infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of rollout activities for customer projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external field deployment teams to optimize workflow and maintain alignment on project goals.
- Oversee supplier management and subcontractor operations, ensuring effective daily planning and coordination.
- Manage demand planning for hardware and materials, closely following the ordering process to support rollout timelines.
- Serve as the primary communication interface for customer technical teams, providing operational visibility and addressing issues proactively.
- Monitor and control project progress, implementing risk management strategies and managing the change/claim process as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality and health & safety standards throughout deployment activities.
- Foster a customer‑focused approach while mentoring and leading team members to achieve project objectives.
Key Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Telecom, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Telecom project field management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing RAN rollout/swap projects with Nokia.
- Strong understanding of mobile networks architecture and infrastructure.

Salary: PLN 7,000.00 – PLN 11,000.00 per month
