Roll-Out Manager

Your responsibilities

• Rollout strategy definition for the cloud migration program (both IT and Business)
• Responsible for rollout execution & release management
• Service Transition management & securing Operational Readiness
• Risk Assessment and Risk management
• Deployment planning and coordination

Our requirements

• IT Project management and planning skills (5+ years)
• Experience with application upgrade and data migration projects, including hands-on experience in using cutover planning tools
• Experience working with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under ITIL framework
• Understanding of technology solution architecture
• Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, Helix)
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Accountability, proactivity, and ability to quickly adapt and respond to change
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Flexibility: able to work sometimes evenings and weekends for the implementation of events / go lives that require execution outside of business hours
• Experience in banking / finance sectors is a clear benefit
