Field Service Engineer – After Sales & Service

Responsibilities

• ✔ Test, repair, and maintain our shuttle systems at customer sites (including cold storage).
• ✔ Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance.
• ✔ Deliver training to end‑users and integrators on‑site and internally.
• ✔ Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts, service packs).

Qualifications

• ? Bachelor in Electromechanics or equivalent experience.
• ? Skilled in MS Office & Teams, eager to learn custom software.
• ? No fear of heights or vertigo.
