Robotic Process Automation Specialist

We will count on you to:
Drive the design, development, testing and implementation of RPA solutions across the business
Work with the business to gather requirements for RPA projects
Manage and delegate tasks to junior RPA developers, ensuring effective collaboration and project progress
Drive solution testing and support in User Acceptance Test
Ensure that processes are fully tested before moving to deployment
Follow the right governance process, including creation of necessary documentation
What you need to have:
Proven experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying Robotics solutions using BluePrism
Ability to problem solve, clearly articulate requirements, and implement and drive change
Ability to work independently, multi-task and set their own priorities
A solution-oriented and structured way of working and a great analytical thinking
Strong communication skills
Focus on continuous process improvements and process quality
Excellent spoken and written English (C1)
Project management competency and a client-focused mindset
What makes you stand out:

Experience from Shared Service Centre and/or Insurance market
