TASKS:

• Gathering business requirements for development of Robotics solutions in close cooperation with Business Process Owners and Business Process Experts.
• Validating and evaluating business process candidates for automation.
• Organizing presentations for business users and taking responsibility for communication with stakeholders.
• Taking accountability for creating Process Definition Document (PDD).
• Taking responsibility for the Robotics solution delivery according to plan and RoCoE Standards.
• Explore new technologies and solutions for RPA.

REQUIREMENTS:

• English fluency (advanced level).
• Experience with business process automation.
• Experience in creating visual mappings of business processes based on BPMN 2.0 notation.
• Experience in working with projects based on Agile principles and daily work coordination.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles.
• Experience with process automation and calculation of total benefits due to Robotic solutions.
• Ability to gather and understand business requirements and deliver them to developers in an appropriate form.
