Location: Wrocław / Katowice – 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

As a Risk Manager, you will lead multiple teams within one span, overseeing approximately 50 professionals in Risk Management Services. You will manage process quality, oversee high-level process flows, and ensure effective service delivery. You will lead strategic projects across locations, foster collaboration, and drive performance against KPIs.

Your Key Responsibilities

As Risk Manager you will be responsible for both managing process quality and people management. You will:

• Lead and manage multiple teams within one span, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and risk management strategies.
• Oversee and coordinate processes within Global Delivery Services (GDS) to ensure auditor independence and support audit teams.
• Foster strong relationships with global stakeholders and clients, ensuring effective communication across service locations.
• Ensure comprehensive understanding of firm policies and processes, and knowledge of other Quality and Risk Management areas.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster professional development and enhance performance.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs for the teams and region, analyze progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in strategic planning by gathering and analyzing relevant business, service, and operational metrics.
• Plan resources and finances to ensure optimal resource allocation and budget management.
• Ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery to stakeholders and clients through effective process control.
• Prepare independence compliance reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Handle ad-hoc requests as required.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Highly developed verbal communication skills in English.
• 8+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in risk management, audit or compliance.
• Experience in leading multiple teams.
• Ability to lead strategic projects across locations and oversee high-level process flows.
• Strong responsibility for service delivery and managing KPIs.
• Ability to work with senior management and global leadership effectively.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage workflow/priorities.
• Excellent customer service skills with responsiveness and commitment to quality.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
