You will be part of the Risk & Compliance team supporting environments operating for internal needs and supporting business processes for external clients.

Your responsibilities

1. Effectively managing project data such as risk metrics, compliance checklists and related reporting
2. Actively cooperate with business stakeholders to achieve given results/objectives
3. Identifying dependencies for the compliance program, working improvement program
4. Managing and meeting engagement specific deliverables and milestones
5. Responsible for all aspects of stakeholder engagement from communicating audit results with recommended actions to tracking the realization of them to address/mitigate the risk and evaluating if the actions are driving down the risk
6. Designs processes, creates Policies, Standards, Procedures

Our requirements

1. Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Practitioner in ITIL
3. 5+ year’s experience in Risk Management and Compliance assessments
4. Demonstrated experience of performance management within a medium sized team
5. Demonstrates an understanding of service definition and process improvement methodologies
6. Experience in compliance Security Assessments like PCI-DSS, Cloud Security, FISMA, HIPAA
7. Leadership quality to drive performance on individual and team level
