As a Risk and Compliance Junior Specialist with English and Romanian, you can work every day with people from all over the world, develop your career, and work in a professional environment with customers and other teams.

Who do we recruit for? Our client is a global professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations. It has its office in Krakow.

Responsibilities

  1. Performing identity verification documents check, and research on a range of customer types with different structures in all jurisdictions.
  2. Reviewing publicly available sources for information pertaining to customer due diligence.
  3. Maintaining delivery of a high-quality service level to clients and ensuring any queries are dealt with in a professional manner and escalating where appropriate.
  4. Investigating cultural EU nuances regarding documents provided by the customers.

Requirements

  1. Written and spoken fluency in Romanian (B2 level) and English (B2 level).
  2. Degree qualified in Business/Finance related area.
  3. Basic computer literacy is a must.
