Overview

Risk and Compliance Analyst with Italian role at Accenture. This role involves solving routine problems largely through precedent and general guidelines, with interactions within the team and direct supervisor. You will receive detailed to moderate instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments. The role is a non-managerial individual contributor with a focused scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Performing identity verification documents check, and research on a range of customer types with different structures in all jurisdictions.
• Reviewing publicly available sources for information pertaining to customer due diligence.
• Maintaining delivery of a high quality service level to clients and ensuring any queries are dealt with in a professional manner and escalating where appropriate.
• Investigating cultural EU nuances regarding documents provided by the customers.

Qualifications

• Written and spoken fluency in English (min. B2) and Italian language (min. B1 level is required).
• Degree qualified in Business/Finance related area.
• Basic computer literacy is a must.
• Analytical mindset is a plus.
