Job Overview

The Risk and Compliance Analyst coordinates risk and compliance initiatives within the company and supports the development and maintenance of its information security management standards.

Job Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the effective and efficient tracking of the company’s information security management program and compliance-related activities, including reviews, evidence tracking, performance monitoring, risk assessments.
2. Support and enhance Relativity’s Third-Party Risk Management Program, encompassing an active vendor inventory and assessing risk levels for Vendor risks.
3. Perform control testing and process audit, operational process reviews, and review system implementations and applications.
4. Build and recommend enhancements to the information security management program and workflow tools.
5. Coordinate deployment and measurement of information security control standards across the company as appropriate.
6. Maintain accurate audit control testing files and risk ratings for identified vendors.
7. Balance risk and creativity while responding quickly to business and technical opportunities.
8. Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of key principles of information technology/security general controls, including change management, access to programs and data, segregation of duties, asset management, computer operations, encryption practices, and secure systems development.
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Experience with Third-Party Risk Management and continuous monitoring of vendors.
2. Current security certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), Security+, Network+, Project+, and/or other relevant security certifications.
3. Experience with implementing tools for managing governance, risk and compliance activities (i.e., Jira, LogicGate, Service Now GRC, Archer, etc.).
4. Experience working with outside auditors.
5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines.
6. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidates depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
