What the day will look like

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly risk reporting
• Assist in compiling Risk Committees packs
• Ensure LoL escalations/waiver requests are duly escalated to the relevant risk committees and tracked accordingly
• Ensure Risk Policies and Governance documents are up to date
• Maintain the ReRisk Aon Avenue page and ensure it is up to date
• Liaise with all levels of colleagues across Reinsurance in relation to risk management activities
• Attendance of relevant risk committees and forums

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Experience in the (re)insurance industry or in Risk/Compliance preferable
• Expert user of MS Office Suite
• Ability to work with the Reinsurance Global Risk Director, the ReRisk team, the business and other lines of defence to draw conclusions, improved business outcomes based on trends patterns in data
• Enthusiastic, pro-active and positive attitude with the ability to build relationships with diverse roles and levels in the organization
• Ability to work independently and support team goals
• Analytical Skills and ability to work to deadlines, prioritize and multitask
