Deutsche Services Polska Sp. z o.o. is a member of the Deutsche Bank Group, operating in Poland since 2012. The company is looking for a Contract Performance Specialist/Manager to strengthen its Global Real Estate Group (GRE) – responsible for managing Deutsche Bank’s real‑estate portfolio, including procurement, operations and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) for audits and respond to audit findings on their workstream.
- Develop and Service Line responses to the Risk Assessment Programme, managing requests from the central team.
- Gain deep knowledge of key policies and procedures that SDMs must comply with.
- Document key processes into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and program‑manage their rollout and implementation.
- Explain relevant regulatory requirements to SDM stakeholders in an effective, easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Facilitate root‑cause analyses of operational problems and incidents, communicating lessons learned.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Governance, Risk & Control, Operational Risk Management, Audit, Controls Testing or Assurance.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
- Ability to conduct root‑cause analyses to support incident processes and implement mitigations.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills with limited oversight.
- Analytical and project‑management capabilities, including process improvement.
- Track record of stakeholder relationship building.
Personal Attributes
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Polish.
- Collaborative, team‑oriented and self‑confident with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Capable of handling sensitive data discreetly.
- Resourceful, innovative problem‑solver with an eye for detail.
- Results‑driven, able to work under pressure and proactively manage timelines and priorities.
