The Work

• Perform identity verification document checks and research on a range of customer types with different structures in all jurisdictions.
• Review publicly available sources for information pertaining to customer due diligence.
• Maintain delivery of a high‑quality service level to clients, ensuring any queries are dealt with professionally and escalating where appropriate.
• Investigate cultural EU nuances regarding documents provided by the customers.
• Work within your own team and direct supervisor, receiving moderate instruction on daily tasks and detailed guidance on new assignments.
• Make decisions that impact your own work as a focused individual contributor.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Written and spoken fluency in English (min. B2) and Russian (min. B1).
• Degree qualified in Business/Finance related area (asset).
• Understanding, implementation and adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and procedures within the financial industry.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset (plus).
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode.
• Possible rotational shifts.
