Role Overview In this role you will solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. Your interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor. You will be an individual contributor with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform identity verification and research on a range of customer types with different structures in all jurisdictions.
• Review publicly available sources for information pertaining to customer due diligence.
• Maintain a high quality service level to clients and handle queries professionally, escalating where appropriate.
• Investigate cultural EU nuances regarding documents provided by the customers.

Qualifications

• Written and spoken fluency in English (min. B2) and Portuguese (min. B1).
• Degree in Business, Finance or related area (preferred).
• Understanding and adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and procedures.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Detail oriented and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode.

Location Krakow, Poland. Rotational shifts may be required. Hybrid work model is possible.
