Responsibilities

• Perform identity verification checks and research across a range of customer types and jurisdictions.
• Review publicly available sources for customer due‑diligence information.
• Maintain high‑quality service levels, handle queries professionally, and raise escalations as needed.
• Investigate cultural EU nuances regarding customer documents.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (minimum B2) and French (minimum B1).
• Degree in Business/Finance or related area is an asset.
• Understanding of KYC regulations and ability to implement them.
• Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work in a hybrid mode.
