Role Overview
As a key member of the operational governance function, you will play a central role in helping teams proactively identify risks, track mitigation actions, and manage change effectively. Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the risk register with accurate, timely data.
- Track mitigation actions and support risk reporting for internal and client stakeholders.
- Coordinate change request documentation and approvals.
- Monitor implementation progress and ensure traceability of change activities.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards and SOPs across project teams.
- Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Main qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Solid understanding of risk and change control processes.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data.
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and Looker.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- Exposure to frameworks such as ISO 31000, Prosci, or ITIL.
- Experience supporting field or desk-based client operations.
