Your responsibilities

Our requirements

  • Fluency in both English and German (minimum C1 level),
  • Some experience in Financial Services or Consulting, gained through internships, projects, or training is more than welcome,
  • A good understanding of the European regulatory environment and an interest in staying updated on industry changes,
  • Completed or near completion of a degree in finance, business law, econometrics, or other relevant quantitative or qualitative fields,
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, to support data analysis and reporting,
  • A proactive, organized approach to work with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail,
  • Open, honest, and proactive communication style, comfortable collaborating with multicultural teams,
  • High motivation to learn, grow professionally, and actively engage with our German team and clients.

Optional

  • Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, C, Python, SAS, R),
  • Familiarity with CRR/CRD regulations and relevant EBA Guidelines.
