About the Role
Are you an experienced electrophysiology (EP) professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation? Do you want to make a difference in the way we approach our customers? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As a RhythmCARE Clinical Specialist EP, you will provide remote clinical, technical, and educational support to our customers and colleagues across EMEA and GEM. You will be part of a team that is revolutionizing the way we technically and clinically support our customers through real-time, on-demand support and advanced clinical services.

This role can be based in multiple locations across EMEA and GEM where we have the presence of a Boston Scientific office.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide a remote source for clinical support and troubleshooting across the EP portfolio, including Farapulse, Rhythmia, Polarx.
• Support customers across EMEA and GEM for EP clinical procedures.
• Attends cases remotely and advise physicians on clinical attributes and techniques for case support.
• Become an expert in remote technologies to provide full customer support.  
• Drive innovative digital health services within the EP field. 
• Provide educational support to customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the EP devices using a wide variety of formats and platforms.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel through remote communications.
• Assist field-based colleagues to help achieve commercial sales goals.  

What are we looking for in you:

• Successfully completed studies within a relevant Biomedical Sciences or Nursing subject, or similar is beneficial.
• Proven experience using Boston Scientific EP equipment: Farapulse, Rhythmia, or Polarx.
• Experience providing clinical case support to healthcare professionals. 
• Comfortable with full remote work.
• Strong communication skills.
• Can understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
• Advanced language skills (or above) in English.
• Can rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace.
• Strong team player, collaborative, and can build relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Self-motivated and can influence others.
• Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent.
