Description
The Revenue & Growth planning team is accountable for all RGM and GM levers across pack, channel, price and promotion and will use this to orchestrate the business approval of the one commercial plan that drives what we sell and execute. The team will work closely with the marketing, commercial and finance directors to ensure plans are constantly optimised delivering the needs of consumers, customers and Diageo.
The RGM Country Manager is responsible for top line and bottom line growth by identifying performance opportunities and overcoming barriers. This position will work closely with commercial, finance and marketing teams to establish category and portfolio strategies that meet the overall Northern Europe strategic agenda, and work with teams to implement solutions. This position will implement best in class RGM standards and track activity vs plan to ensure optimal return on investment across all RGM levers. This role reports to the Head of Revenue Growth & Planning.
