Alight intends to apply for a Framework Partnership Agreement with the European Commission in February 2026. Accordingly, we seek to appoint an auditor to complete the ex‑ante assessment by the end of February 2026.
The assessment covers Alight’s operations for the 12‑month period ending on the day of the start of fieldwork.
Deliverables:
Firms must have extensive knowledge and experience providing audit services for international non-governmental organizations. They must meet requirements set out for auditors in DG ECHO ToR regarding registrations, memberships, qualifications, and audit team composition.

Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview. All applicants will be informed of the outcome after the contract is concluded.
