This is an opportunity to support our global rewards programs, consolidate data, and improve reward processes within a growing and collaborative environment.
As a Reward Analyst , you will be an essential part of our team, providing insights, assisting with data-related tasks, and contributing to the efficiency of reward processes across the business. You will also work on improving and digitalizing our reward analytics tools, while developing reward and performance dashboards to guide business decisions. This job allows you to guide our rewards strategy in a global context.
Location: Warsaw.
