About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist to join our Finance Key Clients Accounts Team. As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and coordinating the revenue processes for our global clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with Dentons regions, acting as a trusted business advisor to relationship partners. Your goal will be to streamline our processes through automation, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and finance teams around the world, providing business advisory support to ensure mutual success.
  • Revenue Process Management: Oversee revenue processes for global clients, ensuring seamless operations across all Dentons regions. This includes activities such as reporting and checking invoices.
  • Automation and Efficiency: Implement and utilize macros and other automation tools to simplify coordination tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Business Correspondence: Exhibit a high level of business correspondence skills, ensuring clear and professional communication with clients and partners.
  • Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for less complex clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
  • Macro Development: Design and develop complex macros to automate tasks and enhance process efficiency.
  • Ownership and Initiative: Demonstrate strong ownership and initiative in managing responsibilities, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing and using macros and other automation tools. Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to correspond professionally with clients and partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
