- 1-2 year supporting revenue teams
- 1 year of experience with Salesforce administration and / or Salesforce Admin Certification
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Experience with SaaS industry technology, including: Pandadoc/DocuSign, Cloudingo/Ringlead, HubSpot, Calendly/ChiliPiper, Outreach/SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, JIRA
- Strong communication skills and customer service mentality
- Proactiveness in solving issues or identifying potential issues
- Organizational skills to manage daily support cases and QA responsibilities

- Proficiency in Google Suite, including expertise in GSheets
